Built for Complex Manufacturing Applications
AMCOL custom engineers and builds 6000 Precision Applicators for machines and processes that require complex lubrication solutions — from multi-stage manufacturing cells to highly specialized tooling environments.
Every system is built to order, configured specifically for your machine and process. No job is too complicated.

When Standard Systems Aren't Enough
Complex manufacturing machines often utilize multiple processes or spray points that must be controlled independently. Special 6000 systems are commonly used for:
• Robotic manufacturing cells
• Multi-head sawing machines
• Punch presses and stamping dies
• Roll forming systems
• Tube or profile coating lines
• Dedicated forming and fabrication stations
Built for Custom Applications

Endless Configurations for Any Application
Custom configuration options include:
• Multi-injector systems with dozens of spray points
• Independent lubrication timing for different machine stages
• Custom nozzle and mounting configurations
• Specialized reservoir configurations
• Large multi-pump enclosures
• Integration with PLC or automated manufacturing cells

Advanced System Actuation for Precise Control
Special 6000 systems use electronically controlled solenoid valves to actuate spray cycles.
Multiple valve banks can be controlled independently to actuate spray zones seperately — allowing different lubrication timing or output levels for different stages of a manufacturing process.
Custom program timing can be written into the machine’s PLC or utilize one of AMCOL’s 6000 Electronic Timing Controllers.
How Special 6000 Systems Are Designed

Every System Begins with Your Application
When designing a system, AMCOL engineers evaluate factors such as:
• Number of spray points
• Grouping of injectors
• Control voltage
• Air pressure requirements
• Reservoir capacity
• Nozzle configuration
• Machine timing and automation requirements
From there, a fully customized lubrication system is designed to integrate seamlessly with your equipment.

Engineering Support from AMCOL
Custom systems require more than just equipment — they require experience.
AMCOL works directly with customers to:
• Evaluate the application
• Determine optimal spray locations
• Configure injectors and nozzle assemblies
• Integrate machine actuation
• Ensure reliable long-term performance
Our engineering team helps ensure the system is correctly specified the first time. Special 6000 systems are engineered based on your specific machine requirements.
