Boron Nitride has shown to reduce inclusions when compared with other forms of manual lubrication. DYLUBE wax sticks eliminate aluminum build up on dummy blocks and won’t affect extrusion quality.
Boron Nitride Wax
DYLUBE wax sticks leave a thin coating of Boron Nitride and organic polymers to prevent aluminum build up on extrusion presses. These products offer superior high-temperature wetting and lubricating properties.
Customized for Aluminum Extrusion
Two Versions
428 BNW DYLUBE is designed to melt slower than the original 412 BNW DYLUBE which can provide additional lubrication properties. 428 BNW DYLUBE is the ideal product for replacing graphite wax sticks.
Blister Buster
The 105A BLISTER BUSTER is a tool specifically designed to dispense 412 and 428 BNW DYLUBE. The wax lubricant is held firmly in a clamping assembly attached to an extended handle, so the press operator can remain out of harm’s way while applying to hot tooling. As the wax melts and is consumed, the stick incrementally advances using the trigger provided.
