Why 3063-HMA2 and 46 ILX EJECTEZE
For Automatic Billet Lubrication?
Prevent Aluminum Build-Up

New 3063-HMA2 Billet Sprayer Design
The latest evolution of our 3063 billet spray system retains the proven four-nozzle circular spray pattern, while adding key upgrades that enhance visibility, simplify troubleshooting, and deliver greater long-term reliability.

46 ILX EJECTEZE
Once applied to a hot metal surface, the water carrier evaporates, and a thin coating of a dry parting compound is left behind to perform the release. 46ILX EJECTEZE is diluted with water and can coat up to 1000 billets with 1.25 gallons of diluted solution.
Consistent and Repeatable Application

Improved Productivity
Automation eliminates the guesswork and inefficiency of manual spraying while applying lubricant evenly across every billet end – every time. This consistency improves process reliability and reduces the risk of aluminum build-up or uneven coating. Save time, move billets through the line, and keep production on schedule.

3063-HMA2 Spray Head with Overspray Containment
This advanced spray head incorporates a flow monitor. The overspray collection tray located below the spray head is also easy to position. A robust dual rod cylinder, cushioned on both ends, is used to move the spray head back and forth quickly and efficiently; magnetic reeds are used to monitor the cylinder position.
Low In-use Cost

High Reliability, Low Maintenance
Rugged construction and easy-to-service designs mean less downtime and lower long-term maintenance costs. Systems monitor fluid delivery to ensure each billet is properly coated.

3063 BSR Billet Spray Sytem
The original design that started it all, the 3063 BSR has been refined over decades to deliver a consistent circular spray pattern. This proven system remains a reliable, cost-effective option for budget-conscious aluminum extruders.
