The 3049 system automatically dispenses AMCOL BL 463 2S EJECTEZE onto shear tooling, providing consistent lubrication with every cycle. The new ETC Timing Controller ensures precise spray timing and easy adjustments—no need to access the machine PLC.

BL 463 2S Water-dilutable High Temperature Lubricant Coating

Formulated specifically for aluminum extrusion. As the water base evaporates, the tool is cooled and a protective lubricant film remains. Built-in rust inhibitors safeguard exposed steel surfaces, improving tool life and consistency.

Enhanced Spray Nozzle and Atomizer Design

Each system includes two 204 Atomizers with 6″ pipe extensions, multi-adjustable mounting brackets, and fan tips. This upgraded configuration provides a more uniform, easily adjustable spray mounting location for improved precision and efficiency.

The 3049 system removes the need for direct operator intervention at the shear. Nozzles are positioned near the blade, while the reservoir and controls are mounted outside of safety guarding—allowing for easy access and monitoring without compromising operator safety.

Electronic Timing Control (ETC)

The ETC allows all spray timing and output adjustments to be made safely outside of the machine guarding. Once connected to your PLC, the ETC automatically manages spray timing based on a simple signal from the machine. Operators and maintenance personnel can easily fine-tune lubrication settings without entering restricted areas—improving both safety and efficiency.
